What? If I do Atkins right, I LOSE weight?? How crazy is that?! LOL and how did I forget about it so quickly before? Yay, I've dropped 2.6 pounds since Monday and even if it is water weight I feel so good and I am ready to keep it up! I have developed a new technique that is working really well I want to share--when I see a sugary starchy carb, I picture the skull and crossbones poison sign!! Sometimes I even murmur 'poison' to myself. It's working, so hey. And I've run 4.7 miles this week so far.
