about 600 calories per day... It's not a healthy eating. But it is a good way to lose weight fast in a short period of time.

That's why I only try it for a short time.(3 weeks) And also I have a cheat day per week.(I eat very freely that day and it balances me from that extreme diet plan)

you need at least like 800 a day for your daily activities that include breathing , pumping blood , maintaining temperature and fighting of germs , bile secretion, blood purification, sitting and standing , walking and running ..... and another 200 to 300 for your daily activities such as going to office , doing your work , riding bike
