Day 40 of 65
today I continue to be grateful for everything I have in my life: family my job roof over my head FS buddies
Knee.. is feeling much better today, last night at home it cracked and there was a slight pop feeling and the pain subsided. I am chocking it up to some "air" behind the knee cap. It's happened before. My hands.. are swollen right now, but that is my own stupidity for having a salt attack last night. Other then that there is really nothing new.. still slowly moving forward.
