Day 39 of 65
I still remain grateful for everything in my life.
Today however has started out very painfully.. okay a bit of a whine here...(insert eye roll & a couple of what else is new) my right knee is throbbing, and my right hand index finger joint is swollen again.. but I am at work and going to limp through it.
Hope everyone has a pain free day...

Hey Triaby.. no my knee acts up once in awhile.. it's just been a long while since it has.. and my hand always hurts..

Ewww - hope you feel better soon. Do you ever take anything to reduce swelling? I don't know whether you believe in medicine or not - but ibuprofen works well for swelling - or acupuncture really helped my ankle a while ago. Or maybe just rest. I know you will do what best works for you. Take it easy!

Well what did you do to your knee? Is it from running or something? Personally, I can't exercise outside - Its to hard on my body. Even just going for a hard walk outside is to much for me. Take it easy and I'm sure you will be better. Take a nice hot bath, and a glass of wine. Wine is always a great resolve to everything! ( ;

Boo to pain! Do you ever eat foods that ease inflammation? Or maybe you are eating foods that cause it. I do it all the time without realizing it...the inflammatory foods. Take it easy tonight at home.
