So I'm performing ChaLean Extreme and she keeps telling me (in the workouts) to eat every 2 to 3 hours.
On an average day this is approximately how I would eat: Breakfast - 6:00AM (500 calories) Lunch - Noon (400 calories) Dinner - 6:00PM (350 calories) Dessert/Snacking After Dinner - 7:30PM (200 calories)
This is an estimate on how I am going to try and eat today: Breakfast - 6:00AM (350 calories) Snack - 10:00AM (100 calories) Lunch - Noon (250 calories) Snack - 3:00PM (230 calories Dinner - 6:00PM (350 calories) Dessert/Snacking After Dinner - 7:30PM (170 calories)
The only reason I am doing this switch-a-roo is because I am hungry all the time, and ChaLean says that it will happen because muscle burns more energy and that I should be eating more often.
Now I know I should be eating more “healthy foods” and if I were rich I definitely would be, but since I’m not, if Cheerios are on sale and I have a coupon, I’m going to buy me some Cheerios for breakfast!
Here is my issue, am still hungry! Maybe my body just needs to get used to this new routine. If not, I am going to go back to my normal eating schedule. :)
