I have been stuck at 240 lbs. now for a week. I eat like I should & exercise.I can't figure out why I'm not losing any pounds.

One thing I've noticed is to cut back on portions.

Maybe you're right.I drink 2 Alba Shakes a day & 1 meal.Todays meal was 5 oz fillet mignon & 1/2 cup broccoli.Also 2 cups black coffee,& 6 bottles of water.Nothing else except vitamins.
