Alright, here we go! We got a bunch of healthy food to kick of our diet regime. I'm really happy and feeling good. My stomach is all kinds of excited (Not being sarcastic..I was beginning to not like the fast food after taste). I'm beginning to see that I need to do some extra planning for my breakfast lunches in order to stay on top of things. No way I can get all my morning meals ready in the morning. Next week I'll have it down.

If you take a little time in the evening to chop veggies, you can put them in plastic bags to save time in the morning, if you are making omelets, etc. Oatmeal can be cooked in the microwave. Keeping fresh fruit on hand, you can zap a bowl of oatmeal and eat an orange, and you're good to go, or chop up some apple and put it in the oatmeal before you cook it. Good luck, Foodie!
