Today is my long run(40-50 minutes), something to look forward to! Still training for the 10K! Brought home the two foster kitties yesterday, they are lovely and so grateful to have a chance at a happy life! Still struggling, but I am not giving up ever! One thing I love that I have discovered recently are these flax crackers (Flackers!) from Whole Foods. Great with cream cheese or any lowcarb spread, they are packed with fiber so net carbs are 1 per 6 crackers! Yay!
