27.2% fat, 51.7% water. Stable on the scales for a while now at 71kg, which is the weight I have always been stable and comfortable at as an adult. I haven't weighed less since my teens. However I'll keep up the exercise and eating and see what happens over the next weeks and months, the weight's not all muscle yet!
