My versionnif eggs benedict (alas hollandaise sauce is not my forte - probably a good job as it keeps the calories down!) poaching eggs is a lot easier than you'd think.

I cook mine in rings in a frying pan of water. It keeps them nice and tight to put on wholemeal muffins

I swirl the water and then drop them in. Gives a good shape - today I'm impatient though so did two at once, you cans till see they're quite tight though. I wouldn't do it with more than 2 at a time - I imagine your method allows for more.

I wrap mine in clingfilm and drop them in boiling water for 4 minutes. No need for vinegar or swirling!

This is excellent, but try to have replace one of the muffins with a small tomato/cucumber/peppers/radishes salad. ;)

Did you use the same water to poach the tea bag? Gives the tea a creamy taste too, serve with mini soldiers and rub into face ☕️🍳🤦♂️ ⬅️ #yummy
