Interesting observation. Have been following Keto diet while IF for almost 4 weeks now. Great results but have also been very strict with no cheating (short of 2 “cheat days” that were planned). I’m really not even tempted. Now I am at Ritz Carlton where they are having hor’s d’oeuvres and I have been fasting for 22 hours. I just naturally gravitated to the cheese platter and vegetable platter and water for drink (with free wine and beer offered). Not even tempted by the bruschetta, pizza rolls and various other plates they offered. It is funny how my tastes have totally changed...thank heavens I didn’t see this as an opportunity to “escape” my diet and stayed in control. But it was natural for me. I love that!!!! New habits.

And even better...I was at Macy’s and saw my reflection (don’t have a full length mirror at home) and was so impressed with what I saw!!!

Life is good!
