Yay so I spoke to my dietician and I basically starved myself fat for 8 years by eating one meal a day. So to fix that I have to eat every 3 hours at my ideal weight with my exercise worked intoy calorie intake. Eughh I have always hated eating so I have to eat a balanced diet of around 1,800-1,900 cals a day!! Eating every 3 hours and no more exercise than my hour walk every night with the dogs!!

Note to self: long term 500-600 calories if I was lucky a day is BAD!!

My weight gain was because I love to eat, I was eating day and night 🐷😰

I have problems with food due to bad experience with food as a child due to abuse. And what happens is your body thinks its not getting enough food so it will slow your metabolism down and store fat while eating muscle. That's how kids in Africa have pot belly's while not getting enough to eat and being a western culture the foods different so I just got fat lol

my belly is still a little big, in my case it is still body fat (I think haha)

I'm not a fan of any prolonged fasting or the one meal a day approach. I think you will start to feel incredibly different very quick and I think you will love the new you👌

Doesn't have to be! Today is a new day and it's yours!!! Do with it what you wish 👌. I have ghosts in the closet and they messed with me for years. Then i realised it was only a problem because I let it. I don't know what happened, I don't want to know. You have the power(everyone does) to just move on from it. You can't have a better future living in the past🤗

I do not think the body will store fat and eat protein. It sounds like a horrible idea by the body. If you have nothing to eat the body will spare your protein and use your fat. However if you over exercise and under eat you may harm your metabolism The extended bellies on starving kids is not fat. They are swollen

Well I'm not arguing with my dietician lol as I know eating one meal a day is bad for you all research says it happens over a long period of time not in a few months years like it did with me
