Getting good amount of exercise, not staying on diet as well. I really feel like giving up on ever getting back to my goal weight again! At least I am healthy and happy! I just want to be smaller, healthy, and happy!

Don't give up! You can do this, Lisa!!! Try to remember how you felt when you started this journey. You want to be as healthy as you can in order to be with your friends and family for as long as you can! I believe in you.
