coba ganti pola diet kak. dan aku saranin ttp makan nasi kak wlau diet. biar tubuhnya trbiasa. jd gak yoyo nantinya. aku ttp makan nasi ttp turun kok.. ayo semangatt terus. jgn kasih kendor

@dian iya nich mungkin tubuhku lagi beradap tasi 3 minggu asupan makanan clean food 1300 cal udah kenyang banget, kyanya kudu ganti bahan makanan biar sama2 1300 cal tapi lebih kurang carbo mungkin ya....
