I did a bit of comparison today as it was my course weigh-in. Home weigh-in first thing in vest and underpants 100kg. Dressed 100.6kg (always -shoes). After lunch 101.2kg. Monthly Weight at course was 101kg. Everyone remarked how we are now dressed differently to when we started the course (in Summer). So I will now be recording my weekly v&u weight at 7am for consistency. Next month is the Hbacs test so we will see if it has all been worthwhile. Although losing 10kg is a result in itself.

The course today discussed mindfulness as a tool to combat stress and weight gain along with the associated evils it brings. As a long time Buddhist oriented thinker I have no problem with that but some people on the course have serious problems caused by stress as a root cause of their problems with food and booze.
