These are Waitrose Salmon and Cream Cheese Parcels with green and white chickpea salad. I made them on wholemeal muffin with poached eggs. Very little carbs.

It gives me 50gr of slow carbs. I only had about 100 all day. My target is 130gr or less as I am on a blood sugar regime. But they are slow carbs. Low Gl index.

I try to keep below 30 g and 20 net carbs so a no no for me 😢 but my hubby isn't complaining cos they make me fluff 😂😂
