pagi exercises 15 menit sebelum aktifitas, sarapan cuman sama overnight oatmeal pake soya milk sama pisang sunprise 1 ( enak nggak boong) total 350 ,siang makan nasi 150 grm ikan bandeng presto stengah ekor di bakar, sama sambel bu rudi kenyaaang tapi masih kudu makan lagi belum memenuhi target kalori dari pada lemes mening cari jajanan sehat rujak buah enak kali yaaa segerrr
95.5 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 35.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
