Didnt do any logging over the weekend. Had a nice exercise-y kind of weekend though. A couple of 3 plus mile walks,A mountain hike and some swimming. Got 20 miles walking in last week. getting back into the pushup groove (realistically shoot fior 75 or more 5 x a week) and ate pretty well. Next obstacle is late night snackin'. That was the first thing I eliminated in round 1, and its what I need to get away from again. Challenging as I am up all night 4x a week, so the old bod is wondering...what the hell??? Progress, not perfection.

So glad you had a good weekend. Am wondering about the late night snacking? Aren't you working at night and need the food then? When you strive to do the same thing you did before - don't forget to rearrange the schedule. Night is now the new day!
