5K yesterday, didn't set a PR but did well for me--34:27! 10K is in 4 weeks, yikes! Atkins going well, except for my post-race reward pancake (Just one, with sugar free syrup). I always gain after a race and I feel like my weigh-in this morning reflected that. Not sure why, but I have heard others share that.
