😊 Really happy with my Sunday weigh in & measurement results. I took yesterday to go incognito on my Fat Secret journal due to my shame of only wanting to eat my special whole wheat rotini, salami, and pepperoni pasta salad basically all day. I finished yesterday off with some sweet potato tapioca.

Anyways here's my results:

138.8lbs
36.6% muscle
21.0% fat
waist: 26 (relaxed); 25 1/2 (flexed)
hips: 38
gut: (from where my tummy is fullest) 33(relaxed); 31 1/2 (flexed)

63.0 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
