I made it through another day...was not very hungry at all today...I'm not so sure what that's all about...I think the boiled egg that I eat every morning makes a very big difference. Although my doctor recommends the metamucil before EVERY meal, I am only drinking one 16 oz glass of water w/ metamucil a day after I get home from work because I'm not sure how I will tolerate it.
I feel a little tired today - I think I'll add more calories tomorrow to see if that helps me feel less tired.
I almost ran up the stairs at work today (all 6 flights which is about 100 stairs) - it just about did me in! I'm looking forward to increasing my stamina so that I can do climb the 6 floors multiple times - right now, I only do one series - and it takes quite a few minutes for me to catch my breath afterwards.
