Triceps are finally coming out!!! Really excited as upper body is not my forte!!

It's alright, that just makes you more like Batman when he glides & Batman is awesome. Jk but we all have to start somewhere right??

Thanks Chris!! It definitely is motivating, used to be a skinny skinny girl who thought she was chunky. & Now I legitimately am a little chunky, but getting better.

Awhhhh thanks. Really appreciate the input!! And definitely any tips and advice, I'm always open to trying to incorporate new things into my diet and workouts.... HIIT kills me 💔. Same with cardio. For now I'm just doing a few high intensity exercises along with lifting and then vball every Sunday for my cardio 😂😂.
