السلام عليكم توا عندي اسبوع مدايرتها سبوع فري 😶😶يعني بدون حوجزا فلهذا قرارت انا غذوا بنصيام يوم كمل وبدون كارب فيا حدا يصيام مع تشجيع بس 😢😢
