I changed my profile. I am unmotivated and I’m trying to start again. Can’t seem to beat this feeling of being hungry and not dealing with it well. I’m giving myself another clean start. Starting with a smaller goal. 20
Pounds by spring next year. I already lost 30 but I’m stuck now. Wish me
Luck !

I was wondering where you went. Good you’re back! I’ll give you a tip that worked for me. Go put a bathing suit on and you will want to stick to your plan. There’s a pool at the hotel where we’re going for a trip and I am really focused now lol!

First off, way to go on losing 30lbs! I believe when it comes to deciding to be healthy, it’s a life long journey and lifestyle you need to be able to sustain. Remember, it didn’t take you one day or even one month to gain 30lbs so it will take time to shed it off. If you’re still hungry, consider your overall diet and consider seeking advice from a nutritionist. Are your meals and snacks balanced? Do you have health factors that may require more/less of anything specific? Is it within a calorie deficit but isn’t harmful to your daily needs or to your health long term? Are you drinking enough water? Are you too hard on yourself? Is it emotional or spiritual nourishment you are craving? I don’t deny myself any foods because I keep it within my daily calorie intake and if I go over one day every (other) month, my wagon isn’t broken. If you can celebrate small wins and make it simpler (eg. workout whenever you have time), and review your goals daily, you should feel good about your progress. I know I would! My reason to be healthy is more about my overall feel good energy level and the physical stuff is really a bonus that just comes like great skin, shiny hair, slimmer waist...so on. Your health is worth the mental challenge and you get to choose everyday to pay for it now with good decisions or later with money for medication, surgery, machines and all that expensive jazz in the future. I don’t know you but I’d say you’re worth it :)

It’s so hard Nikki. I was off my diet for 3 weeks and was not well had more carbs than I’ve had on my diet daily and I gained almost 7 pounds in 3.5 weeks-disgusting! It takes so long to loose it but it went on like nothing. I know it’s from all the carbs not necessarily calories but I have to start yet again. Sometimes we need to take a break for awhile from it all and come back when we’re mentally ready to start again but I feel for you it’s so hard. My stress levels are high too so that’s not helping either!
