what if you let us know what are you doing to lose weight?: probably we can give you advices! 

I have anger issues myself and have had to learn to face the fact that anger is depression turned outward. Addressing my depression has been a win for me in every aspect of my life! 

fuck them. like you said, its your post. How would they feel, say, if they ate a doughnut and took a picture and you scrolled past the doughnut and started telling them not to post said doughnut because it triggered your eating.... fuck that. Its your journal, its what you ate, and you can write or post anything you want. Everyone else can scroll on by

I agree with kikibee5 . Maybe all the swear words produce cortisol since they come out with the frustration of weight gain or slow loss. Speak positive kind words and thoughts to yourself and body. I know it sucks especially when you try your hardest but your body is are when you’re stressing over every ounce and it can send out stress signals that effect your progression
