OOPS!going the wrong way! Re commiting to getting down below my original goal weight. I have been griping about my challenging work shift (4pm to 4 am) long enough. time to figure it out. The challenges are real, and everyone I work with says they put on weight on the shift as well. Just gonna have to get up an hour earlier and get back to all of that good exercise I was getting when I lost 40.SETTING MINI GOALS DAILY. GETTING BACK TO BASICS!
