I just finished my 3rd week of low carbs high fat. The first 2 weeks I was gradually losing as desired. Then last week I was gradually up & then somehow down after the weekend for today's weigh in. I was confused throughout the week. Plus I also exercised everyday which I haven't done in a long time. The increasing of my fats & decreasing of proteins is still a work in progress for me. I am committed to continue on and give this go for at last least 14 weeks and then go from there. What I do like is I’m not feeling hungry. It will be a good test for me this weekend with going to visit family for Thanksgiving.
