ONE MEAL A DAY.....Well not feeling very good about this high number and I am wondering if intermittent fasting (OMAD) is for me. For the past week I have been eating out of control, got wicked cravings for all the wrong things (sweets, breads)...like a carb addict. One would think with one meal I could cram what I want in there, but with the calorie count down in the 600 range with one meal, I feel like my body is storing everything else...hence now on a binge trying to make up for the shortage.
I'm soon to be 66 and all my weight settles right on my hips/stomach, and at 5'2", that's not so good....I've tried every diet out there in my past and I had read such good success stories about OMAD and the benefits of autophagy. I was excited but now I wonder if it hasn't triggered a deeply hidden feast or famine instinct in me and now I am out of control.....any suggestions/help....??? (sorry for the long post, but I'm trying to figure me out...(My diary via FatSecret) Thanks for listening....
