Krna makan dibawar bmr ga baik say buat metabolisme tubuh, nanti badannya ngambek, metabolisme buruk malahh ga bagus, tadinya jg gitu akku cuma bsa makan dibawah 1000,skrg diusahakan makan 1700,malah +100 lebih baik lagi,
