I think it does. As triglycerides are majority formed by processed oil. I suggest you to view Saaol Dr. I'm also videos he is heart specialist and a chef expert in cooking food without oil. Also you can take Fish oil capsules as omega 3 helps in reducing blood cholesterol level. His advices are far better than any of us.
