Your cholesterol and triglyceride levels should actually improve on a Keto diet. Excess Carbs and Sugar produce triglycerides. Watch videos of Dr. Eric Berg on YouTube to get a thorough understanding on this and other topics.

I think it does. As triglycerides are majority formed by processed oil. I suggest you to view Saaol Dr. I'm also videos he is heart specialist and a chef expert in cooking food without oil. Also you can take Fish oil capsules as omega 3 helps in reducing blood cholesterol level. His advices are far better than any of us.

Subodh Ranjan is right . Keto should be the LAST resort for any fat\weight loss goal. Go for simple approaches first and avoid any diet which stresses your mind and body .
