因為感冒🤒要吃💊,不敢吃太少,因為好幾年前為了減肥,我都吃很少只吃燙青菜,有一次感冒,
也是這樣吃,感冒好了胃痛還去掛急診,結果是胃發炎😓,這次感冒,因為要吃藥,睡前也要吃,三餐不敢吃太少,睡前也有吃一點宵夜,結果。。。😭😭😭

我也不知道這準不準餒,這是我的體脂計量出來的,應該還要減個200~300,但我每天還是吃超過😂
