Ok the weight is being consistant. Last night made yummy pizza with pita bread. Very delicious. I'm a pizza lover so I have to stay creative with eating healthy versions of pizza. If anyone has suggestions don't hesitate! I'm a pizza-holic ;)

My term is almost done so will be looking into exercising soon. Will be my next phase of this healthy lifestyle change.

Hi Jadenc, I love pizza too, and we've been experimenting with light peanut sauce instead of tomato sauce, with lots of bell peppers and green onions to make a "Thai Pizza". Also some shredded asiago or parmesan cheese goes a long way, so you get the taste without many calories. Hope that helps give you some ideas! Way to go!

I just had a brilliant idea. I haven't tried this yet, but I am deffinetly going to because in my brain it seems brilliant. Take some shredded mozzarella, put it on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and melt it down into a round in the oven. When it's cooled a bit, add a little bit of home-made marinara sauce (no sugar of course!) and a slice or two of canadian bacon or other fav. pizza toppings. Roll it up and eat. Doesn't that sound great?!? I love it when I have brilliant ideas! :)

Good job! I'll have to try the pita bread pizza for my hubby. He loves pizza and misses it (but he had some while I was in Vegas--bad boy!) I'm so proud of you for keeping your health in mind at such a young age. My eldest daughter is also 24 and she's in Hawaii, she loves surfing, snorkeling, yoga, very fit (I wish I could be more like her). She's seen me struggle with my weight over the years and since I'm diabetic, she's very careful with her diet in case it's hereditary (I'm adopted so don't know my parental heredity). At any rate, I think it's great when young folks take care of themselves... So GOOD for you!!! Best of luck to you!!!!

My mom always made us pizzas made on English muffins growing up. You could use the 100% whole wheat ones and use the Ragu no sugar added spaghetti sauce. They also have (in our deli section) this flat bread that is whole wheat and low carb. I think it only has like 6 net carbs. Very good for pizzas, wraps, quesadillas ect. I am not sure the brand of it but it has the Best Life Diet seal on it.
