I am surprised how much I walk on my days off. Today I walked 10,711 steps and all I did was vacuum, clean the floors, and go shopping with hubby. Got hungry for egg salad, so I made egg salad and put it on an English muffin.

My hubby and I had to go to the hospital pharmacy for one of my meds. Our hospital is big and long (we actually have a couple of walking trails--inside and out). We parked at the far end and took a little walk along the inside walking trail.
