Well, I am getting back on the diet. I have yo-yoed quite a bit over the last few years. This time I'm going to go low carb because it has worked out well in the past. Still going to try and count calories as well. I started low carb about four days ago and I am in ketosis. I have already weighed in less than I did at my last doctor's visit,so that's a good start.
