I skipped lunch today cause I was out running errands then went straight to gym for my workout. My eyes were bigger than my stomach and was thinking I needed the bigger portion for the protein. I could of gone with 5oz Salmon and half of that Steamed Broccoli, then had a protein shake a couple of hours later.
