I've got to stop eating too many snacks or I'll gain everything back. Ate too much fat too, not just sugary junk. Augh! Why do I eat so many snacks? Maybe I've got to vary my work a little, so I don't get bored.

Find a low calorie snack 😉, exercise when u bored and have free time, read a book, get busy 😀

Thanks for the inspiration, Rosio. You’re right. I should take some carrots to work. I really need to eat more like when I was a kid. As a kid, I really didn’t like candy and used to beg my mom to take me to a farmer’s fruit stand. I used to steal the carrots out of my grandmother’s fridge.
