so should I just weigh in once a week? and is it best to weigh in morning or afternoon?

I usually do once on a week on Friday morning, I heard somewhere that you weigh you least then lol

I weigh everyday to moniter what is going on and I weigh first thing in the morning before eating. that is the lowest I will weigh and before my hydrating which makes the body weight change a great deal during the day

I weigh on Fri mornings. if I go over a little on weekends then I have all week to work on it.

I weigh in daily. A lot of the weight loss plans I have read up on state to weigh each morning at the same time. The daily weights I think are supposed to help keep the motivation going. So I’ve tried this for the last 4 months and it works well for me.

I weigh in once a week knowing that there can be a daily flucation of weight based on water retention, etc.

I weigh in one a week and I try to do the same time when I do for consistency. I also don't get too wound up over the weigh ins as it is just a reference point.

Thanks... I'm going to do it every Friday morning when I wake since i get up at 4am to do my 30min workout before breakfast

I weigh daily so I am comfortable with the fluctuations. If I weighed weekly I might not catch a point where I was lower as my weigh-in day could occur on an unexplainable and undeserved uptick time.
