Hope this doesn’t put anybody off who is trying to lose weight but I’d like to ask as I’m trying to gain: does anybody have any tips? Food that’s easy to get down/enjoyable/moorish/high calorie? best time to eat etc? Finding eating my 3000 a day difficult atm in that it’s a lil tedious. :)

One of my profs at uni twice went down to Antarctica for research and prior to heading he would bulk up like tomorrow (fat mostly... muscle is too much of a hinderance in a climate like that), and he ate normally but with the exception that he would get through an additional block of butter per day. 1/4 kg of Kerrygold has got to run 2000 Kcals easily!
