Another beautiful day, and I'm thankful I took the opportunity to get out, and take the dog for a long walk; 1 1/2 hours; up to the other side of the park, and back. :-)
I'm also thankful for my Fatsecret buddies, the ones that continue to offer support, and encouragement, through good times and bad, with the realization that this buddy program is only successful because it's based on reciprocity. I searched for a scripture, to back up what I'm saying, and found one in the Book of Proverbs.
Proverbs 11:25 says, "The liberal soul shall be made fat; and he that watereth shall be watered also himself".
Now, we aren't trying to get "fat" around here, but we all desire to be built up, and encouraged; which has to be recipricated; otherwise you're just talking into the wind. So, once again; thanks for your support Buddies, and have a great day. :-)
