I'm thankful for another beautiful day, sunny, yet on the cool side. I took my dog, for a walk, up to the park, and back, this morning. It was a relatively short walk, 30 minutes, because I made the mistake of wearing a windbreaker over a sweatshirt, over a T-shirt, because of the coolness, when I left. I started warming up, a lot, by the time I got up to the park; and so, it was time to head back home. Tomorrow, I plan to dress more appropriately, as the goal will be to walk for an hour, and leave a lot earlier, to avoid the heat. :-) I'm down another three pounds, from last week, and hope to exceed that, next Monday, by walking 5 days this week; and keeping it going, in the coming weeks.
