One of the cons to this diet are the people who know you're on one but offer you things you can't have anyway. I have this problem all the time at work. I get offered cake, doughnuts, candy, chips, and bread at least once a day sometimes more and it starts to grate on my nerves a little especially when I've told these repeat offenders that I can't have sugar. Some shove the food right into my face. I still say no but maybe there's a nicer way I could say it? I appreciate them including me but I would appreciate some respect more. Some people have gotten a clue but others just seem to plain disregard it.
It's Sunday and I'm not looking forward to going back to work tomorrow, I guess lol
