Oatmeal avocado & soft boiled eggs
My now go to breakfast & sometimes lunch

Can you really eat like this for the rest of your life? Your results look very cool, but the food is soooo minimal.

That’s a healthy breakfast and looks plentiful to me.

I only add 6 grams of regular sugar to my oatmeal and there is around 750 calories in the food in the pic
