Fell back in some of my old ways. Fasted until noon, had a bigger than normal lunch but was overall okay with what I had eaten. However, after lunch we stopped at a Krispy Kreme store - don't have many in Canada so thought it was a novelty and bought a dozen to take home.
Instead of eating a decent dinner, I skipped dinner and ate 4 doughnuts! This is how I got into this mess in the first place.
Not sure if it will impact weight overall, but things like this can get out of control for me.
I have to eat better than this.
More protein, more vegetables, and cut down on carbs and sugar!
Tomorrow I will do better.
