Confused between Paneer Tikka and tandoori Chicken

ketowise paneer is better

After the workout ,Go with Chicken and some good carbs. Opt the Paneer with some good fats for your night meal.

Yup, paneer would be a much healthier alternative unless you have high lactose intolerance, casein is a slow digesting protein hence providing a more sustained release and rate of absorption. And yeah Meat is murder .

:) so do i ankit! It's just that there's not enough fat in chicken macrowise. Mutton is slightly better. If you eat pork then life is good because the keto diet is sometimes also called the bacon diet!
