coba cek bener nga harus 1600cal hariannya bmr kalau aku dlu jg di saranin segitu tp coba beberapa source mala ober harusnya 1100-1200 doang aku pakai bodybuilding.com / yg dr tanita dj gym mayan akurat dan mendekati... share pengalaman aja kak.. kalau bener harus 1600. semangatttt hehee banyak jg
