Well... Apparently I started this way back in 2011 when I weighed in at 299lbs. Since then I got as low as 258 and then hovered around 270 for most of 2012. In recent months I got as high as 310. So this latest weigh-in is actually a 3.5 loss even though the official counter says 0. I'd re-set it, but I'm afraid I'd lose the overall history. It's encouraging to see that I really did get down there for a while.
I'd also probably change the goal weight from 232 to 242 or so. I'm a big guy, muscular (underneath it all) and generally athletic. If I got down to 242 and stayed there, I'd really be fine... and SO much healthier.
