想請問,我的體脂計不能輸入小數點,我之前量過身高是158.6,要輸入體脂計時,是要輸入158還是要四捨五入輸入159呢?因為量出來的數據不一樣🤔🤔🤔

要我 我會四捨五入⋯ 如果你想對自己嚴格一點,就無條件捨去,😅😅⋯ 像里小昂都紀錄 早上的體脂、晚上的體重,對自己很嚴格⋯

都可以,反正身高大概固定了,自己選一個,然後就是持續看體脂數字的變化了

因為一開始我都用158去量,早上想說用158.6量,結果不能數小數點,就用159量看看,159的體脂較少26.8,水份較多52.8😂😂😂所以很疑惑🤔🤔🤔
