34/365 days of #keto. Total failures: 12 days.

I have been absolute lazy 🐮 with all the routines I have decided to keep going since starting this blog. I will blame it all on extremely hot weather.
.
Me and my partner in food and wine crime have decided to go clean 😂 for 14 days. So no 🥂 , healthier choices in food - in my case, strict keto & gym 4 times a week. We are on day 3/14 atm and looks like we are actually serious about it.
.
Going to do proper detoxification tomorrow in russian sauna with parenie. Leafy, fragrant bundles of twigs used to shift the steam and make you sweat profusely. It also stimulates blood circulation, improves metabolism, and relieves stress apparently.
.
Planning to do some food shopping tomorrow and looking for inspirational ketofood blogs.💃🏼
.
Noone ever said its going to be easy but I feel very much forward to the rest 11 days of being very well behaved. I trust my body will be thankful for that.

P.S thought I will add a little face of mine here. Picture was taken after my failed attempt to paint the walls in living room and an hour of sobbing. But I kinda like it 😇
