Lost .2 between saturday and today. Haven't been getting in all of my foods. Just aren't hungry for some reason. Not cheating, just not eating a lot. Have to get back on track. I just hate force feeding myself when I'm not hungry.
87.8 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 10.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Sometimes I feel the same way,so I drink a low-soduim v8 juice for my vegetables and do Slim Down drink for my protien and a strach.It helps me get by. dj
