I'm just tired! Haven't had a good nights sleep in I don't know how long!!! Weighed in yesterday but I only count the week to week. If I go up a bit mid week, that's ok b/c it's week to end of week that counts for me. So close to being under 220!!

Whats up with the sleeping? Is it your little one or something else? Hope it works itself out soon. Im so happy my daughter is only waking once a night.

I don't know, I just keep waking up lots and then I'm so tired by 9 that I'm overtired and have trouble falling asleep. When I get up with him at 5:30am I sometimes have trouble falling back asleep.

Sleep is very important for our health. Have you been checked for sleep apnea?

yeah I have sleep apnea and I have the mask and cpap, I've had it for about 7 years

perhaps it time to get your pressure adjusted? My doc said the more weight I lose, the more likely it becomes I won't need to sleep with my cpap anymore :-)

I know but it takes sooooo long to get into the program at the hospital and you have to stay overnight too. I'm back down to the weight I was when I first got it so I'm not sure if I need a pressure change.
